- Password (stored as a secure hash — we never store your plain-text password)
- Subscription and billing information (handled by Stripe — we do not store your card number)
- Any preferences or settings you configure in your account

- Usage data: which features you use, when you log in, pages visited
- Browser and device type (standard web server logs)
- IP address
Information we do not collect:
- Your brokerage credentials, portfolio data, or trade history
- Cross-site tracking data
- Any data we would sell to third parties — we don’t sell your data
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Deliver trading signals and alerts via email, SMS, or Telegram
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, alerts)
- Improve the platform and fix bugs
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
- Stripe — Payment processing. Shares: email, billing info. stripe.com/privacy
- Sendgrid — Email delivery. Shares: email address, alert content.
- Twilio — SMS alerts (Pro tier only). Shares: phone number (if provided), alert content.
- Telegram — Signal delivery (Pro tier, opt-in only). Shares: Telegram chat ID.
We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal or financial record-keeping (billing records may be retained up to 7 years per tax law). Signal history and market logs are aggregate data not tied to individual users.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
AxiomOG uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools. Disabling cookies in your browser will prevent you from staying logged in.
6. Security
We protect your information with HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure one-way password hashing, and PCI-compliant payment handling via Stripe. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
