Please read these terms carefully before using AxiomOG. By creating an account or using any part of this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
AxiomOG (“AxiomOG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by 906 Tech Express LLC, a technology company. Our platform provides market data analysis, algorithmic signal generation, and trading research tools for informational purposes only.

2. What AxiomOG Is — And Is Not
AxiomOG is a data and research tool. We are not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, registered investment company, or commodities trading advisor. We are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, the CFTC, or any other regulatory body in any jurisdiction.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, contract, or asset. All signals, alerts, scores, and analysis are algorithmic outputs provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Trading is risky. You can lose money. Past signal performance (including any published win rates) does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. By using AxiomOG, you acknowledge this and agree that we bear no responsibility for any financial losses you incur.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AxiomOG. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are using AxiomOG on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Accounts and Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward our platform or other users.
5. Subscription Tiers and Billing
AxiomOG offers the following subscription plans:
- Free ($0/month) — Delayed market data and limited dashboard features
- AxiomOG Entry ($20/month) — Scanner signals + YM Scalper + Options alerts
- AxiomOG Extreme ($60/month) — Everything — GEX alerts, options scanner, YM Scalper Hub, AI chat, SMS and Telegram delivery
Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days notice. All prices are in US dollars. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to paid features continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or technical failures on our end. After 3 failed payment attempts, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free tier.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use AxiomOG to engage in any illegal activity
- Resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials with others
- Scrape, copy, or republish our data or signals without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the service beyond normal usage
- Publish or broadcast our proprietary signals for commercial gain
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on AxiomOG — including our algorithms, scoring models, signal logic, dashboard design, written content, and branding — is the property of 906 Tech Express LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Third-Party Services
AxiomOG integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Sendgrid (email), Twilio (SMS), Telegram, and various market data providers. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party services. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable at times.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC SIGNAL WILL BE PROFITABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 906 TECH EXPRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 906 Tech Express LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading decisions.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or canceling through account settings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of AxiomOG after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.
